I could not find a contractor that would deal with Oklahoma City until Callahan. They charged a premium price and put up second rate building. It is insulated but sweats and leaks. Doors and windows are only caulked on sides where you can see and not on top so they leak. No closer strips or roll caulk were used. Roof sheets installed out of center and ones side the cap does not fit. Installer kicked ding in roof panel every screw to locate position. Concrete inadequately formed on sides and top very uneven. Several years ago I had Curt Callahan come to my residence to give me an estimate for a 32 X 15" extension to my metal building. We talked about what I wanted to do and I gave him a drawing to use to estimate it. A few days later the May 3rd tornado happened. I never heard from him again.
