Shawn is an excellent example of someone who helps make a devastating situation into one that is filled with care & truly makes you relaxed, calmer, and able to deal with the death of a loved one. He is very knowledgable in asking the right questions. In times of grief, we forget details but Shawn assisted in every way possible to ensure I didn’t miss anything. These ppl that own and run this place are very kind and helpful, they helped me through my darkest hours
They were very caring and helpful and compassionate. They were very good in keeping expenses low. We were very pleased with everything.
As difficult as it is to handle the needs of a loved one during their passing, the staff at Callahan-Edfast are so kind and understanding when making arrangements. When you walk in the door every staff member greets you with a warm smile. Every service attended has been a complete representation of the loved one being honored. Callahan-Edfast does a great job of listening to the needs and wants of families and eases the pain of an initially difficult process.
