Extremely disappointed; ordered sympathy flowers that were to be delivered for a visitation last night, 5/13/21. I, personally, called on 5/11 placed the order, gave payment, etc. I just found out, there was nothing delivered! When I called the floral shop they were unable to find my order. In the past, they’ve done a great job; but I’ve physically walked into the store to place orders!
