We keep receiving letters from this company in the mail. The mail looks significantly close to the same letters the IRS sends you if you owe money. It causes extensive emotional stress to receive these letters! The anxiety and anguish is unreal opening these! The letters say you may be subject to investigation by the FTA. They also say “INTENT TO SEIZE YOUR ASSESTS AND PROPERTY”. They also say “AMOUNT DUE IMMEDIATELY” The letters do not show a company name and do not state that it is not from the IRS! The staff are friendly but I would not use this service again. After providing all information for my tax documents, I was told I would be receiving over $10,000 back. When they shared the form for my final review, I found several pretty glaring typos/mistakes. One of these mistakes was that, per them, they didn’t “believe”the number I provided for mileage and so simply used a different number they thought would be more accurate (about 30x the number I provided).
