I would never let my college student rent from these people. Our son had a lease that expired in May. Call Realty admited that they entered the term date of the lease incorrectly into their system. As a result Call Realty did not give their tenants the required notification to send a “notice to vacate”. Call Realty then charged each of the students for another month of rent.
