I would never let my college student rent from these people. Our son had a lease that expired in May. Call Realty admited that they entered the term date of the lease incorrectly into their system. As a result Call Realty did not give their tenants the required notification to send a “notice to vacate”. Call Realty then charged each of the students for another month of rent. Absolutely without a doubt the WORST company I have ever worked with. They were shady money grabbing jerks who don't give a rats ass about there tenants. They were rude, don't care about any issues that you have, and try to screw you at every turn. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. I lived in one of there properties for 1 year, and not once were they helpful in any way. They really just want to take your money and run, and when you move out, they have the most outrages charges. I couldn't agree more with the last two reviews. We have dealt with call realty for the last 2 years and have to say that it has been the worst experience I have ever had with a business of any sort. I cannot overstate the rudeness, incompetance, and outright illegal practices that we have had to put up with. I will probably also be going to court against call realty in an attempt to get my deposit back. I agree that the 5 star reviews below are false.
WARNING HEALTH HAZARD , N,. 5207 Jefferson St. Spokane WA 99205. This dwelling is in violation of the Northwest Clean Air Act regarding mold, Title 59. Ch 18. Sec 060. Para 13. Straight to the point. Immediately after moving into thishigh-priced, low class, mold infested dump, there was dire need for the aid of the Roto-Rooter man. Brown water was backing up into the bathtub and dishwasher. Fradulent-they will take all of your deposit money and not blink twice in doing so -even during Christmas. I/we were charged $600.00 for repainting the interior walls because of normal wear and tear nail hole marks. My husband put paint over the small marks, but it evidently didn't match and they billed us $600.00 to repaint the walls. We felt financially raped by these people. This is the absolutley worst place to rent from. Not only have I had a horrible experience about 5 other military familys that i know have as well. They will nickle and dime you when you move out even forged the original move in paperwork where we documented the things already wrong with the house!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!! Rude and Fradulent- Sounds Like Home. – Terrible customer service. Receptionist, or whatever she was, was completely rude every time I called there. I called a few times at different points of my search for a new home. She actually said one time "Why would you not just find a few places you like, drive by them, see if you like them first.
