I was charged $400 for a $25 dollar start up capacitor.I have reached out to this company twice for resolution. No response.
Requested a technician to come out to check our Propane 5 brick heater. They charged us a coming out call. Said they would get back to us. I made multiple calls and never got a call back. They were happy to take our money and not give us anything in return. I recommend all stay away from Pernell!!!
