I got a wash and haircut by Veronika, she is so sweet to talk to and gave me a great wash. I was hoping to get a bouncy blow out with my haircut but she ended up flat ironing my hair. I told her I like a bouncy blow out, and she seemed to understand and also told me she would use some heat tools in addition for my roots, I expected that, but I did not expect her to flat iron all of my hair. So my experience, It wasn’t like the worst thing ever but it definitely wasn’t the best. I had gotten a free consolation done, I wanted brown with some blond highlights, i wasn’t very specific on wanting it a specific way or anything I just knew I wanted that. and to be completely transparent, I feel like she was kinda rushing the whole thing, and was also maybe even kinda passive aggressive? She told me she couldn’t put bleach in my hair because it had red in it, but i also literally have a blond peekaboo/patch behind my ea... read more

My stylist was Yili and I absolutely loved it. She told me right away what is wrong with my hair and what should be fixed. She also took great care and effort to listen everything that I said and wanted. Hair turned out awesome and we already talked about me coming in a couple of weeks for hair coloring.

I initially went to the Call of Beauty for a head spa treatment but after Veronika looked at my scalp and hair she was brave enough to let me know what I needed as opposed to what I wanted. I ended up with a Malibu treatment that has transformed my hair and scalp. I wish I would have gone to her sooner. Veronika knows her stuff and is great at educating her clients.
