Under contract in my first home currently. Glenn came out to do the inspection, he was the first inspector I have met, but have read horror stories about inspectors online. He did a thorough job and took the time to talk me through his report and also walk around and show me the items that might be of concern. He was super cool, respectful and just made me feel comfortable with the pros and cons of the current house I was looking at. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants a good, honest inspection!
