Recommendedwalked in to the shop on a Thursday to search for a new product. needed to replace my existing dryer. they offered Speed Queen. from a previous job, I knew these American made machines are recommended. paid for the machine on a Friday. Monday was memorial day. Tuesday I had it delivered. The delivery guys were quick. This place was horrible. Screamed and yelled at the customer. Didn’t fix the problem, demanded money, and refused to come back to fix. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Can I just tell you.. thank you thank you thank you! Your guys delivered the fridge to my house..in the snow.. up the stairs. . Removed the old one and moved my good one to our moving pod!!! Terrible! Do not call Joe Appliance. Worse service ever! Service charge was only $75 but charged me $97 for 15 minutes of work. Was rude to my wife. Complained about previous customer and his business being slow. Stay away!!! Call a true professional.
