I went to call it spring and I was trying to return some shoes but the person at the desk was say that I had clearly put them on but I know that I didn’t but she kept on saying that I did so I just left the shoes and left and let her keep her shoes and money

Employees are very rude to potential customers. My daughter found a pair of shoes she liked and walked up to the counter. The girl behind the counter “appeared” to be waiting on a customer. The girl looked at my daughter and said “You’ll have to wait until I’m finished with this customer. THANK YOU!”, with a very snarky attitude. My daughter hadn’t said anything and was just waiting her turn to be helped.
