Bad experience,There is a female salesperson probably her named Larissa whose behavior is not good at all, she is always in a mood. Every time I have been to this showroom, she does not speak properly and does not even give a polite thank you after buying something. If a salesperson behaves like this, I don't think I will go to this showroom again.
Very disappointing experience. I went in to buy heels for myself and my sister, but the customer service was extremely poor. The staff member (I believe her name was Kira) had a rude and unprofessional attitude for no apparent reason. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome during our visit, and at times it seemed like we were being treated differently. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when shopping.
Please do not shop there if you want quality and good customer service my partner buys a pair of heels from here online but when we reach there for pick up it’s was different size, when we tell this to the lady at front she said we don’t have that size in the store and she can’t do anything with it because it’s a final sale !! Like seriously if it did not fitting in my feet how we supposed to use that !!
