The Manager wouldn’t let me return shoes that were sold to me with marks on them based on the fact that she wasn’t the one who sold them to me and so it basically wasn’t her problem and there wasn’t anything she could do for me.
A shoe for every style or season. Always nice staff with competitive prices for good shoes.
We went here for the first time today. It is a busy time of year, but they still had great service. We appreciated them putting the boots aside for a few hours as they were going to be a gift, and we needed to get the person there to try them on. They have a great selection of shoes! And reasonable prices. We will be back again.
Walked in with my husband. Wanted to buy the purse on display. We were the only customers in the store and the young lady behind the till was too busy on her cell phone to help. Left after 10 minutes. Total lack of help. Horrible.
Amazing service. I apologize for not remembering the staff members name. However she was fantastic both times she assisted me. Perfect sizing and knowledge was helpful. Thanks a bunch. I appreciate you.
