Dustin was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his way to do the best job for us.
Hunter was a great tech with good manners. He was polite and took time to explain what he was doing, what needed to be done, and what areas Call Dad could not take care of. Call Dad was great about rescheduling last minute for us and they stayed in touch with confirming the appointment, letting us know when a tech was on the way, the tech called 30 minutes before arrival, and sent a message when he arrived.
I gave 5 strars for service. Jacob was awesome. I did not like how expensive the service was. $288 to replace tub faucet. Cost is ridiculous especially for senior citizens.
Great experience. Great service and got our gas water heater inside and fixed in no time. Also, they let us know we had a warranty on the water heater so that saved us some money.
Griffin is very knowledgable and encouraged me to get a full system replacement instead of trying to just replace half of an existing system. It was from a place of looking out for our longterm interests and investment, and I agree. I am very happy with his care, concern and performance.
