When I called and was answered by AI, I braced myself. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was and hung up skeptical I would get a call back. When Sam called he was great and explained the pricing. Everything was fixed in the same day and I joined their membership plan. Very happy with this experience.
I am super happy with the efficiency and knowledge Jack had. He assessed what needed to be done and got to work quickly. He cleaned up and let everything in working order. Very pleased with his service.
I had a last minute repair that needed fixed. I had never used Call Dad before, but thought I'd give them a try since they had a good rating. Being that it was a Saturday and I wasn't an existing customer, I was happily surprised that they were able to get to me within a couple hours. Pricing was very fair and they got it fixed! I will definitely be using Call Dad again.
