Call Dad installed our HVAC system almost 2.5 years ago. It took multiple visits and tweaks to get it functioning properly. I reached out to the sales rep about something post-sale, and he never replied. Clearly, he only cared about making the sale. Recently, we got a letter saying our system never got inspected and Call Dad listed dates they claimed to have contacted us about this (which were false- they never contacted us prior to the letter). They came back. They finished their job even though they the heat was so bad. They did a good job too bye-bye.
