Isaac was extremely thorough with his diagnosis of our mini split A/C unit, shared with us multiple options for repair, and gave us the space to make an educated decision.
Almost same problems as a previous reviewer, unit installed in June, unit was never converted to propane so I used up an entire fuel tank in 1 month ($1300 gas bill I had to cover myself still no word back on being reimbursed). 2 weeks later the correct parts show up, they installed the" correct parts" yesterday only to find out this morning that my unit it STILL NOT WORKING! UPDATE Talked to a manager and am supposed to get a check for the difference in the gas bill. Plus extended warranty on parts. UPDATE 2 Still haven't r... read more
