They have been reliable for the last 3 days! Until now. Ive been calling since before 7:15. Someone has been on a call for over 15 min or something is wrong with their phone. Ive been calling non stop so I can reserve a ride. Its the same call if so😒. I was hoping to get work around 7:30 but inconvenience is a specialty in ada. Finally answered at 7:35 and said that the 7:15 route is packed already and cant pick me up until 8. From one 25 min call? Crazy call a ride!
Fantastic local service! Everyone I've talked to has been kind and professional. Drivers are on time or early, transport is always clean. Has definitely made my life easier! Really appreciate y'all!

Very upset that they would stop me right at the door to get in the van to tell me that Misty called and spoke with me about having a hygiene issue and mind u I've never had anyone say that I smelled... Come to find out I was correct on not speaking with anyone and was unaware of the situation... I will probably never use them again... Very unprofessional to work with... They have cancelled my services as per Misty all cause someone said I stink which is a bunch of bs
