We hired Michael to repair rotten soffit, and fascia if necessary. Apparently, the damage was due to an ancestral roof leak, repaired long ago. Fernando and his crew were, friendly, professional, and efficient, and replacing the rotted wood with vinyl solved multiple problems. I told Michael I had some more work for him after the first of the year. I have before and after photos, but this google system is giving me an error message, regardless of how many ways I've tried to load them. I will try to edit them in later.
Michael King came out to give me an estimate on fencing, saying that he used top-quality materials, he had an A+ listing in the Better Business Bureau, etc. After only 9 months after the fencing was installed, we noticed cracks, discoloration and warping on the wood and gate. We called and left messages, texted and sent emails. No response. Finally, we had to get an attorney involved. Mr. King and his team were very professional and sincere. I hired them to fix extensive damage to my front and back decks upstairs along with inside painting and kitchen work. Throughout the entire process Mr. King and his team were knowledgeable about doing the job right the first time. I would definitely recommend them.
Do not hire him. His company was hired for a remodel and the work was not done appropriately or on time. He wasn’t able to complete the work by the completion date. When I tried to talk to him about the status of the job, he threatened to cancel the project. He was rude and unprofessional. The worker that did most of the work, he was very nice, was left by Michael to work on this by himself and the job needed supervision from Michael. Michael offered his worker no help. Mr King replaced my fence and the super quality of the installation and the quality of the materials used was amazing not to mention the professionalism of his crew and Mr King himself
