Back in February I had a commercial lease I had just signed for the first and a 2 weeks later I was having legal issues with the other person on the lease with me. It was a Saturday and I was searching on the phone panicking and calling every property manager, lawyer, broker I could find on google. Carlton Roark is AMAZING. He helped us through the stress of purchasing a property for our business. Carlton was there for us 24/7. He stayed on top of every situation and constantly kept us updated.
