This was an easy car buying experience and fast. They were very patient with me going over this vehicle as I was having it shipped to California. Every request I asked for was done immediately. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a new ride. They even had it delivered the next day!
Allen was easy to work with and helpful.
Horrible communication. Set an appointment to come see a car, telling them my credit score and that I wanted to finance. They said okay, come down. I drove OVER 2 HOURS and no one was in the office and the guy I did talk to knew nothing about the appointment. Then he said we can't finance you anyways without even checking. Turned us away in 30 seconds so we "didn't waste this time" I guess having $5k down on a 9k car is a "waste of time".
Calk Motors had a Mercedes available that I wanted to look at. Allen was awesome, I was able to look at the vehicle right away and he was more than accommodating! Great experience!
We bought a Hummer from here. We took it home, and it had a fair amount of mechanical issues. Alan went way above and beyond for us!!!! He repaired out of his wallet what he could and what he couldn't, he took it to a shop and again paid out of his wallet to get it fixed!!!! To say this dealer is the absolute best just does not seem to be enough!!!! He promised us if we had any issues, he would fix it! This man stands by his promises!!!
