I have been living at Caliza since October 2024 and have seen the previous management and the new management. After an initial bumpy start under the new management, the team consisting of great staff like Terri, Billy, Emilio and Co. have worked hard to smoothen out everything and are really on top of things. Caliza Apartments has a lot of potential, but our experience has been a bit mixed. The location and overall feel of the community are nice, and it could easily be a 4+ star place. However, management can be frustrating to deal with at times, and maintenance issues seem to be ongoing. The gym has areas that are frequently out of order, and the common areas aren’t always as well maintained as you’d expect.
