I made a 50% deposit on a dress 4years ago ( yes a long time ago) but covid happened and life just happened, I dont need to elaborate. They called me many of times I asked if they could hold it for me and they agreed everytime not an issue, not once did they say someone was interested or they were going to sell it. Just had an odd experience from this place 2 days ago. First thing, would be nice if the store website offers instruction regarding return policy. The dress we got was a short dress and non-customizable and my mom was provided with final sales receipt? 2nd, the dress we got have red sticker we're we assumed was on sale? Since other inventories dont have that sticker, but the sales did have. Apparently, the stickers was removed by the lady at the counter-for inventory purposes??? Its just an odd experience. Today, we had an amazing experience with Krysia (I hope I spelled her name right) while choosing a wedding dress. She did a phenomenal job! Marcy was absolutely amazing during my wedding dress fitting! She made me feel comfortable and confident, and her attention to detail was incredible. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does—the whole experience was seamless and exciting. Couldn’t have asked for better!
If you’re above a size 2, there's not going to be much selection for you to even try on. This was definitely the worst experience I ever had trying on grad dresses and I left really disheartened. Of course you order a dress in your size when you purchase one, but when you can’t even fit in anything except for a handful of dresses, you can’t purchase to begin with.
