I would give no stars if i could. My Fiance and I walked in to Calista and asked about wedding dresses. The women at the counter very rudely stated it was by Apt only make an apt and come back, have a good day pushing us out the door. We said thank you and process to look at the bridesmaid dresses on the showing floor, again she repeated make an apt and come back , have a good day. This place is so amazing! Marcie was helping me find my dream dress & she definitely knew what she was doing & was super kind! Definitely 10/10 recommend!
Worst experience I’ve had while dress shopping. The employee working treated us horribly. She was very condescending and followed us around. She told what dresses we could touch which was helpful, but when we’d go to grab one she’d give her opinion and wouldn’t let us try it. She then took it upon herself to let us know this wasn’t the store for us and to try the mall as it would suit us better. I am appalled by this behaviour both and would not recommend.
I just had an odd experience at this store two days ago. First, it would be helpful if the store website included clear information about the return policy. The dress we purchased was a short, non-customizable dress, yet my mom was given a final sale receipt. Second, the dress we bought had a red sticker on it — which we assumed meant it was on sale, since other items did not have that sticker.
