Had a hair appt scheduled for 3 and received a call asking if I could come earlier due to a cancelation. I arrived early to help them out and checked in and was told my stylist would be a minute. 15 minutes later, no update and was about 15 minute from original appointment. I was referred to this stylist and was excited about trying this place out. My experience was anything but pleasant. I came in for highlights and showed the stylist a picture of what I was looking for. Three dimensional colors, one of which my hair color was already one of the colors. The stylist and her assist were both putting foils in my shoulder length hair talking about a party she was going to.
