Bait and switch scam. Advertised free diagnostic on Yelp. Brought my Samsung S23 Plus in. Phone won’t power on or charge, which I already told him in Yelp. He plugged it into a charger for thirty seconds, saw it doesn’t work, then said I have no idea what’s going on with your phone. He’s supposed to be an expert. Then he said to open the phone I need to pay a minimum of 250 dollars just to proceed. He called it free diagnostic but it’s not free. If there’s more damage he’ll call me with additional charges. My laptop hinge broke and they repaired it in 2 days for a good price. They saved the screen so I wouldn't need a total replacement! Happy with the service and would come back
