I never leave reviews, but we just had a seriously disappointing experience with them which i feel like sharing with everybody. We brought my husband's phone to repair it as the screen had gone all white. They changed the screen but at the same time they also changed the charging port, which we had not asked for, and they wanted us to pay 250$ for the screen + 40 bucks for the port. I recently needed help installing a screen protector for a new iPhone that I had purchased separately and both the Apple and Verizon Stores in Palo Alto refused to help me with the installation. When I walked into the Caliphonia store on University Ave. I was immediately offered help and the installation was completed perfectly in a matter of minutes. I wasn’t charged anything for the kind assistance I was given. I will now only go to Caliphonia for any further service or needs related to my iPhone. Thanks!!

Exceptional Service, Reasonable prices, Timely manner, Quick repair, and very professional. Water got into my phone, and ran out of options to get it repaired, was advice by another vendor that it will take a couple of days to run a diagnostic test....so i decided to take my phone elsewhere.
