Incredibly disturbing experience at CaliPhonia Phone And Computer Repair that I feel needs to be shared. I brought my phone in for a screen repair, and to my shock, I later discovered that an employee had shared private content from my media gallery to his personal number via WhatsApp. This is an outrageous breach of trust and a clear example of someone mishandling private information. I recommend CaliPhonia to fix your phone, I've gotten my phones repaired here twice, and since my last fix on my current phone, there's been no issues since then (it's just my part to not get it wet since that was the case in the first place), literally left my phone completely new. I will continue to come here for future issues/fixes. I also enjoy in the area it's in, there's a lot of places to get drinks/ice cream/food.
They really took care of me and did not charge me extra for a difficult hard drive recovery. Great service!
