Yes, this is a real review. I’ve spoken with Rae numerous times, and for anyone claiming otherwise — this is 100% true. I had a few bumps in the road, but each time, Rae stepped in and smoothed things out. She even lowered my rate to 12% instead of 15% because she understood my frustrations throughout the process. Word to the wise: your case will take time. Be patient. Rae will take care of you.
