Matt was extremely knowledgable, patient, responsive and overall helpfull. When we decided to order and ran into timing and supply obstacles the owner Shaun was brought in and he rearranged customer's scheduled deliveries so that we could get our more urgent requirements addressed. We had our preferred fireplace the next day. Great experience.
You had leading edge in terms of price offering all the discounts in your power to the customer without any haggling. I visited two other stores to find the prices for the identical model were higher than your prices by 10 to 20%.
