My family has owned our unit and lived here since 1998. The neighbors are friendly. The place is safe. We watch out for each other and know each other. There is still security at night. Most of the people complaining here are tenants that have landlords that are not notifying them when repairs need to be made. Most repair notifications go out a week in advance when possible to the owners. But you do have to read your emails.
