My family has owned our unit and lived here since 1998. The neighbors are friendly. The place is safe. We watch out for each other and know each other. There is still security at night. Most of the people complaining here are tenants that have landlords that are not notifying them when repairs need to be made. Most repair notifications go out a week in advance when possible to the owners. But you do have to read your emails.
ow about a laundry unit where the hoa decides to completely redo it w/out proper warning for 3 months so you can compete with all the other tenants in a small laundry room with a few non working washers and dryers? Are you a fan of strangers just walking through the gates with a security guard who doesn’t check to see who’s there then to have warning signs posted about break ins in the parking lot? Are you drawn to photos of nice clean
Horrible place to live at people complain about everything never had any hot water for the whole two years wouldn’t recommend this place.
