5-Stars because of the decision to PERMANENTLY CLOSE and demolish this ugly, zombie-esque “Board & Care” facility. lol
As a longtime patient at California Villa, under the direction of Jacqueline Beltrán, the overall care I received was minimal. Upon discharge, many of my personal belongings were stolen by staff members working on the second floor. Previous attempts to obtain my medical records and dates of residency have been totally unsuccessful. Such records, I am told, are no longer available because the facility is closing.
