Was referred to them and had to wait 2 whole months to be seen, only to be called up the day before and told they don’t accept my insurance. I asked why couldn’t they have told me sooner and the receptionist just made some weak excuse. These people are a joke- go somewhere else or unfortunately do THEIR job and verify everything.
Stay far from this place. I saw Dr Bateni for an initial consult to remove a 10 cm kidney stone which is extremely painful. He offered nothing for pain causing me to end up in another ER room due to pain. I was told the next day by his office that my procedure that authorization was submitted by their office. A couple days later still in pain, there office hasn’t done it yet. Very distressing given that patients are in pain and entire office is totally incompetent.
