I don't know what Roberto is talking about, customer service here is on point, that's the ONLY reason I continue to cash my checks there! Claudia and Veronica have been great, and now there's a new young lady, and she too is also great.
I came to cash my check and stood up for about 15 minutes nobody offer to help except Claudia Bello who was on the phone with another customer..after singing my check for the 3rd time I left that place... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
