In Nov, 2018 I had my '96 custom T-Bird towed here because radiator trans cooler broke & contaminated the trans w/coolant. Although flushing the system wouldn't warranty the trans,it was important that it be flushed ASAP. They took my car in immediately without making me wait 10 days for the next avail appt & were able to save the trans which still works to this day!
