Today I had a client of mine and my self call California Lot Book Inc to request a full reconveyance on a document where CLB Inc was named as Trustee, the person who answered the phone was very rude to us, she said that CLB Inc had not given permission to anyone to be named on the document as Trustee and there for she refused to help.
