Absolutely wonderful staff knowledgeable and helped me very much
Five shiny stars to CTS Huntington Beach. I so appreciate how my therapist, Victor, has managed my treatment plan. He has excellent communication skills. He’s never rushed but always seems to keep things running on time. He is flexible, accommodates my needs/issues, and he continues to evolve the plan adding challenges as I progress. Kudos to him and to the very competent exercise aide, Emily, for their kind support. The office itself is professional, spotless, and well organized and the entire staff makes me feel welcome.
Wonderful and professional team in a welcoming environment. Victor is a great therapist who continues to help me recover. Highly recommend him and his team.
I arrived at the wrong facility and when I was informed, I called reception at CTS to ask if I drove to its location (very close) would I be too late for appt. I told her I was beside Fashiin Island. Receptionist wouldn't answer my question. She insisted I give her the name of the facility and its address, "because there are so many" which I didn't know and shouldn't have to look up for her.
My Wife Has Had The Privilege Of Being Treated By Dr. Victor Koo, DPT For An Intensive Pre-Surgical And Post Surgical Physical Therapy. His Knowledge Is Precious And Wisdom Is Priceless He Truly Is An Extraordinary Human Being. He And His Entire Staff Are Very Congenial And Professional In Providing Outstanding Service. They Have Bent Over Backwards To Contribute Immensely Towards Her Healing Process After This Life Altering Surgery. We Thank Him And His Esteemed Staff For The Blessing Of Their Kindness And Graciousness.
