On Tuesday 02/21/2023 8:00am I had an appointment with Elaine Ramos. I hit traffic on my way and was about 15 min late. When I came in they first had me sign in and right before I was about to be seen Elaine told me they need to reschedule me for Thursday. I accepted and I apologized for being late. Then I nicely said by to everyone and went to work. Then I get a call in 30 minutes telling me that I have to come back at 1:30pm or else I will get charged a late fee. The therapist Tiana comes in over 20 mins late & questioning order given. Eventhough I told her the order was already provided by my Dr. Insisting on physical order. By now its 30 min past my appointment. By law a pt has the authority to start a therapy without an order, since they're PhD and I'm an RN. Then I noticed there's no equipment in the facility nor any modality available. Tiane and Twinkle were perfect. My knee has been experiencing grinding whenever I squat/lunge & lower myself on to a chair. I've been discharged from PT with a game plan to get my knee resolved. Tiane has shown me what to do and I'm confident I can get this resolved without needing PT assistance. Twinkle her aide was awesome.
Thank you Katia, Vanessa, Sara, and all the wonderful staff at California Therapy Solutions in Newport Beach. I just finished all my sessions of physical therapy after having neck surgery and now have no pain, full range of motion, and can resume all of my prior activities. Everyone there is knowledgeable, positive, and truly cared about my recovery and well-being. Thank you again, I appreciate you all!
