Your customer service sucks. You can't talk to a live person by phone, they do not pick up. The on-site employees cannot help you with bed malfunctions or make it right. The website is not up to date with unusual closures or reopening information. They will post notes on the door but you have already driven there to find out you can't tan so the customers time is wasted. Shall I go on........
