employees were super helpful, my car has never looked cleaner, facilities were very clean. 10/10 recommend
I’ve been coming here to get my car washed for the last 7 years, and they are hands down the BEST automatic car wash in Simi! On top of that, the staff is always very friendly. When I had issues with my membership, Jeff was very kind and helped me, even on a busy weekend. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Problem is, heavily scratches the car paint and leaves residue on windshield if you picked “graphene” wash. This was 2 major problems i had. Still using the car wash tho. After 15+ wash drying process never worked for rear bumper for my tesla Y. Blue paint developed heavily swirls which is probably common on automated car washes. I had to DOWNGRADE my membership to get rid of that graphene residue which makes you blind on direct sunlight with blurry windshield.
