I paid for the deluxe wash to make sure that they would vacuum out my car there is still dirt under all my mats water spots on the outside of my car and when I didn't tip the lot guy he called me a f****** a****** in Spanish like I don't understand. They must have forgot the air freshener I paid for. Never going back.

A little pricey, but they do a really good job cleaning the inside and outside of the car including the wheels. Plus a nice staff.
My husband took his new Lexus there Saturday and when it was finished, his windshield was cracked. He immediately asked for the Manager or owner only to be told it was not their fault and then the "person" walked away refusing to talk to him further. Now, we are stuck with a huge expense for something they did. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be back. I will be sure to share this experience so it doesn't happen to others.
First visit here. Asked what was the special today. Attendant gave me $4 discount on upgraded wash selection. Got another $2 off for checking in on Facebook. So far so good. Car was squeaky clean and polished to a high shine. So it looks like I’ll be coming back again. Hope you have the same experience as I did.

I prefer washing my own vehicles but circumstances required using a service. I won’t be returning as a customer. I paid the same as others yet didn’t receive the same service as newer vehicles. One vehicle being too large to drive thru cost the same as my smaller vehicle yet the smaller received less service and the tire dressing applied so heavily my vehicle is now spotted from the excess. Up selling is expected, but when paying a Premium Price for Premium Service I expect the same service others receive or that I received ... read more
