Dr Agarwal is a wonderful specialist. He takes the time he needs with his patients so they fully understand how to help themselves and why. He is very thorough and breaks down your plan of care very clearly. I haven’t been the easiest patient because I’m very stubborn but he has always been very patient, honest , direct and real with me when it comes to taking care of myself and my overall health. I've been seeing Dr Agarwal for a little over a year now and have already experienced better quality of life by implementing some of his recomendations. He was the only person that ever diagnosed my shortness of breath as asthma and started me on a maintenance inhaler that has improved my breathing considerably. While I do have mild apnea, I wasn't able to adapt to a CPAP machine and Dr. Agarwal suggested sleeping with a wedge pillow which definitely improved my sleep quality. Dr Agarwal helped me understand what exactly is (and is not) sleep apnea. He clarified some misconceptions I had as well. His evaluation and care plan has been straightforward and this has allowed me to get going on CPAP without delay and onward to better outcomes.
