All they do is put the solar system in and they don't know nothing else you can't talk to no one if you do they give you a phony email and no one answers so as far as I'm concerned they are worthless and they can come take them off of my house
I I would not recommend this company to anybody. I had my sub panel shut down for about two months before I found out that there was a problem. I called to find out what was going on and after a couple of weeks the techs came out and after a couple of trips discovered that one panel had shorted out. They disconnected the one panel and said they would put in a trouble ticket. That was about 6 months ago. Been a customer for just about a year now and customer service is horrible. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone in Anaheim office. Felt like once they installed they didn't care anymore. Never really heard back from sales rep Eric and when I did he never responded back with questions or concerns I had. He never really answered any questions and if he did it was a day or two or even never responded back. This has been so frustrating and disappointing. The installation was great quality and very efficient. The inspection was an absolute pain. The company claims to have permit and inspection handlers. The handlers didn’t handle anything. The system looks great, but I hope nothing goes wrong. During the inspection debacle it was not easy to contact our representative. This company could easily be five star if they had better communication!!! I will update review based on how they handle any concerns I have in the future.
