Very quiet, well lit parking lot, easy to find with very helpful sign in office window. When I went inside I was greeted with a very polite and happy thec. Good lighting in hall ways. The “Bed” was extremely comfortable. I am on dialysis and blood thinners so I get cold easily. I asked for another blanket in seconds I had one. I have staied in some very nice hotels. Don't know about their service but I was asked by a client who was confused to talk to their billing person. Colby (Sp?) on his behalf. I found that she was rude and would not answer a direct question. Not sure whether the client did not understand the costs or how their insurance worked in this situation but my conclusion is that their billing supervisor has zero customer service skills and does not represent the company well.

I got to do my study at home in my own bed. It was very convenient and the staff has been wonderful.

I love how they take care of me like I matter! From checking on me, via telephone calls, to greeting me with a smile, every time I walk in! It's always a pleasure!

Great staff, everything explained in detail, comfortable beds. Need more electrical outlets to plug phone chargers in, lol. None close enough to the bed gor me and that's what helps me fall asleep. Not too keen on the Crack of dawn wake up when I felt like I was finally in a good sleep. But they made the experience and testing very comfortable for me.
