Immensely unprofessional and impossible to get in contact with. I have been trying to contact California Sleep Solutions for over 2 months to pick up my cpap machine. Called and left voice messages and even messaged the texting service that they said “will contact me in 24-48 business hours”. Don’t waste your time. Do better California Sleep solutions.
Immensely unprofessional and impossible to get in contact with. I have been trying to contact California Sleep Solutions for over 2 months to pick up my cpap machine. This company charged $1,400 when I did exactly what they instructed and both times the study was a failure due to a belt wasn’t clipped, which was not true. So the results did not go through and I asked for a refund or a retest and they did nothing.
Authorization department can't make a call to the insurance company to get authorization. They literally fought tooth and nail with me on the phone, but couldn't make a call that required actual work.
I had My sleep study done on Sunday 4/21/24. The tech was SO Nice and super sweet. She did an excellent job. But I felt like I was in a dirty motel. The sheets had stains on them. There was a musty smell in the room, and to top it all off when I went to the bathroom under the shelf next to the toilet was a Bright Green Cockroach Trap not hidden in any way.
