Do not come here. I tried to call them for services and pricing. They told me that I would have to come in for a consultation. The lady on the phone said she would wave any fee if I could come in within an hour. I went in, asked a bunch of questions. They didn’t even have the services I wanted. Dr. Bock has been consistently rude and impatient during my appointments. This is not my first encounter with him, and unfortunately, the experience has been the same each time. He tends to dismiss my concerns rather than take the time to listen and address them thoughtfully. I have often felt spoken to in a condescending manner, as if I were a child, which is both uncomfortable and unprofessional. The doctor at this practice is the rudest doctor I have ever met. I wonder if he is receiving an illegal kickback from the company accutane because that's all he wants to offer his patients for acne. So if you don't want accutane, forget about going in. His literal words were "If you don't want accutane then I guess you don't want it cured." Worst bedside manner I have ever seen.
