Do not come here. I tried to call them for services and pricing. They told me that I would have to come in for a consultation. The lady on the phone said she would wave any fee if I could come in within an hour. I went in, asked a bunch of questions. They didn’t even have the services I wanted. The doctor was planning on doing the services I didn’t want. When I disagreed, the doctor said “You’re gonna be charged anyway.” Very rude and unprofessional. Dr. Bock has been consistently rude and impatient during my appointments. This is not my first encounter with him, and unfortunately, the experience has been the same each time. He tends to dismiss my concerns rather than take the time to listen and address them thoughtfully. I have often felt spoken to in a condescending manner, as if I were a child, which is both uncomfortable and unprofessional. The doctor at this practice is the rudest doctor I have ever met. I wonder if he is receiving an illegal kickback from the company accutane because that's all he wants to offer his patients for acne. So if you don't want accutane, forget about going in. His literal words were "If you don't want accutane then I guess you don't want it cured." Worst bedside manner I have ever seen.
Dr. Bock’s clinic should have a sign out front saying “Sponsored by Accutane” since that’s all he seems to want to prescribe to patients struggling with acne. I’m 16 and the first appointment I had at this clinic was for an acne treatment. The doctor insisted on Accutane as the only option and, because of the birth control requirement, suggested an IUD—completely inappropriate for someone my age. Efficient practice. Not alot of small talk. The Dr. has gotten old. He didn't remove what I'd asked but preceded to burn various random areas. No longer comfortable with him. I'll be looking for a new derm.
