I waited nearly two months for my appointment, only to arrive and be told that I needed to physically bring the insurance card itself — not because the office needed the insurance information, but specifically because they needed to physically see and copy the back of the card. What made this even more frustrating was that I offered multiple reasonable alternatives. I had a full head laser treatment to get rid of the old man spots that I had and the treatment did an amazing job!!! The technician, Nancy, was very informative and helpful and I felt cared for. Mr. Bock also was very helpful in the whole process. Im very pleased with how all my spots left!!
Do not come here. I tried to call them for services and pricing. They told me that I would have to come in for a consultation. The lady on the phone said she would wave any fee if I could come in within an hour. I went in, asked a bunch of questions. They didn’t even have the services I wanted. The doctor was planning on doing the services I didn’t want. When I disagreed, the doctor said “You’re gonna be charged anyway.” Very rude and unprofessional.
