Their sales employee "Alexander M" purposely scratched and damaged our new vehicle with his clipboard because we didn't answer the door, his sense of revenge I guess. May have to file criminal complaint.
Develop an effective responsive after sale customer service protocol
Mike and his crew came out and install my beautiful patio doors. From the sales to installation was a really great experience. I was so impressed with how they worked so efficiently as a team to get the job done quickly and with care👍🏽. I highly recommend California Showcase. I will definitely use their product and service again.
We had them out today to replace our 31 year old windows. They did a great job installing them. We love the way they look and how easy they open
California Showcase Construction replaced my windows on November 28. The crew was here on time and worked fast and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves (�cleaner than when they started). They were even mindful to do my office last so I could continue working while they worked elsewhere. Every step in the process, they were courteous and professional. The windows product is exceptional.

We've been impressed from the price to the 5 star service they provided. The crew worked together like a well oiled machine. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and did a beautiful job. A sales rep showed up at my door a few minutes ago and ignored my no soliciting sign. When I asked if she was soliciting something, she said no, she was telling people about California Showcase and offering free estimates for patio covers, paint, windows, and insulation. Guess what? A free estimate is solicitation to buy something -- and so your rep lied to me and wasted my time. I have my sign up for a reason -- and if you ignore it, I am definitely NOT buying anything from you. Please train your reps better.

California Showcase Construction is an excellent company to deal with. They have replaced my patio cover and enlarged and replaced my slider door with all the construction and repair that was needed. They were so good I called them back to replace all the windows in my house. I am truly satisfied with their service.
