Worst service ever, they are who we have to call at my complex, and every time we need them and call them, they say they send someone but the officer never shows up today I waited 4 hours and I still am waiting for them to show up after calling them now 2 times now for the same situation and they were shocked when o told them at the 2 hour mark that the officer still hadn’t shown up and now 4 hours later still no officer absolutely terrible service! Do not hire this company!

Trash temu officers, have called multiple times on vehicles parked in my community that aren’t permitted but they never get them towed, instead they get people’s cars towed who are disabled (with placards and proper identification for parking) and never own up to their mistakes. Dispatchers sound like they peeked in high school 50yrs ago and have nothing better to do than be bitter and rude. I used California safety agency on a couple of my rental properties and I found them to be really responsive. Whenever I had any kind of changes in the direction of work, they would adapt very fast. I found working with them to be very easy and they were not pushy in the sales process. If you are in San Diego, I highly recommend this company.

They are unsafe drivers as I saw one of their security patrol vehicles on the freeway driving very erratically and they almost hit me. Called and spoke to a dispatcher who essentially gave me an i dont care attitude. Very clear safety doesn't matter to their employees. I'm going to consider filing a complaint with the State of California DMV and let them handle them. I also have it all on dashcam as well.
