i would give 10 stars if i could! we called to have our bathtub drain cleared. maxwell arrived right on time, put on shoe covers, worked quickly, and left the tub looking cleaner than before. he even shared helpful tips on how to keep the drain clear ourselves. since it turned out to be a broken part instead of a full blockage, he gave us a great discount. in all my years dealing with contractors, i’ve never seen such honesty and fairness. this is a plumber you can trust!

We had a problem where the water in our tub wouldn’t stop running. After calling almost 30 plumbing companies, hardly anyone could come out the same day. One plumber finally showed up, but only wanted to work if we agreed it was fine if things got worse, and wanted $170 an hour! I didn’t feel right about that, so I sent them away. A+ all around. I highly recommend them. Ryan was very experienced, knew his stuff, and was super friendly and patient. He explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and was honest about what needed to be done. My old hot water heater started leaking badly early one morning, so I had to shut off the water and power. I called for help, and Ryan came over quickly to check it out.
