Can’t even get ahold of someone during office hours on Tuesday
I’ve been a patient for a few years and ever since the very beginning the staff and Dr. Virk Dulai have always been kind, caring and empathetic to all of my healthcare needs. I’m grateful for all of their help
Wow! I got very sick on the day of my appointment like vomiting etc, and could not make it to my appt! They now will not see me at all because of a missed appointment! I wasn’t even an established patient yet. The lack of empathy and understanding is such a huge red flag! They literally made me feel like a child and stated I could have called anytime during the day! I literally was so sick that was the last thing on my mind I was trying to survive!
I have been a patient here for a few years now. Dr. Virk Dulai and her assist Lizett are the best, thier knowledge and care is second to none. They listen to me and understand how I feel. I highly recommend them If your requiring Rheumatology.
