Exceptional Customer Service Toby and Jim were very professional and helpful. Toby called another store to locate the bag that I wanted. The customer service at Samy's is exceptional every time I go in.

Highly Patient and Informative Without Being Pushy I went here with a fellow photographer friend and we both spent more money than I care to admit! I was so torn between two models of DSLR's and purchased one from Rebecca on the first day of their no tax sale...the place was insanely busy, but she didn't rush us at all and was very personable. Great Product Selection and They Know Their Stuff Over the years, I have purchased several cameras here as well and the folks behind that counter have always been very helpful and are very knowledgeable. I took as much time as I wanted to play with the equipment, switching out lenses, etc. They have a great product selection and know their stuff.

Service with a Smile Alyssa @ Samy's Camera is seriously an great asset to the company. She has AMAZING customer service skills (as you know that's really hard to find now a days) also she has A LOT of patience. She always helps me out & no matter how many questions I ask she always has an answer w/a smile on her face.

First Class Customer Service This is the second Samy's I have been to. The first was Fairfax to make a purchase and also to attend a free intro class for the Canon T1i I got. The seond was Pasadena to get another lens. First of all, after reading so many diverse reviews on the staff one can get a little skeptical or intimidated by going in. Worst Return Policy Samy's has the worst staff I have ever dealt with. They are over priced and have the worst, the WORST return policy a company could have. Most people who work there walk around like they are doing you a favor when they they stop to "help" you when they do not even know how half of what the store carries works. There are cheaper places online and you need not have to deal with morons who take a month to return your money on an unopened product.
