This company completed the repipe in Aliso Viejo in June of 2020. They guaranteed their job for 40 years that I will not have any leaks. 5 years later, today we noticed water on garage floor coming off the walls, in emergency had other company to open the area, found that we had leak for a while under neath stairs, so much water that all woods and drywalls are wet. Horrible job done, they used cheap fitting and didn't secure them correctly, pipes wasn't pushed in enogh to hold the pressure and started leaking. God knows how ... read more
Theg did our house and now it's leaking and flooding the crawlspace under our house and now we have water damage to our house. Not only that they left a mess under our house. And none of their phone numbers works so we can't get ahold of them and their address are vacant. Don't use them.
BEWARE ANY SHANE REED PLUMBING BUSINESS. He has declared bankruptsy twice, 2 separate plumbing businesses, to get out of honoring warranties. Complete repipe done. Won't follow through on promises or necessary paperwork. (Email & text message proof available.) Will not respond to repeated emails. Had to switch to crystal clear email messaging because he would pretend that he did not know who months-long text message thread was from. Well they did complete the repipe in one day. After that their service was horrible. It took them a week to send someone to patch the walls. That guy didn't finish and it took another few days to send a different guy. That guy busted the service line to my water heater while patching. I called Jim he refused to send a plumber. I had to hire a plumber to fix the service line after my entire garage was flooded. Had to rent dryers to dry out the garage. I have outdoor carpet in the garage.
