I've made so much progress in the 2 months I've been going for knee PT at Spine and Support at 2 N. Lake in Pasadena. I've been able to return to one mile walks with very minimal discomfort, am strengthening my quads , and working on balance. I'm 75 so can't be fooling around with half-measures. These folks are the real deal. You will get a 2-on-1, burning workout, and a few laughs along the way! I would give them an 11 out of 10!
I have been very impressed with everything concerning this specific location, not only for my shoulder therapy last year but another recent concern. The facility is very clean, spacious, calm and professional. Sally assessed my problem and scheduled appropriate treatment and exercises. April and Will ensured I executed them properly to achieve the maximum benefits with Philip and other assistants' supervision.
