Great team that knows what they're doing. Pain/discomfort decreased significantly. They will work with you at your level, and push you if that's what you want. Learned lots of great exercises too.
Am so thankful I found this place. Every person was nice, professional, and great to work with. Highly recommended.
The first thing that I noticed was that they didn't use any coverings for their massage tables. They do not use sanitizing wipes either. They use spray to clean the massage tables. Approximately every 10 minutes, at least one table gets cleaned. That means that we end up inhaling and smelling the cleaning solution. The windows are always closed. The ventilation is poor.
