After two years with a different rental company in the same apartment, I have been able to truly recognize the level of service the California Regency Realty provides. They were always prompt with all communication and any issues I had were solved quickly as well. I also love that they are locally owned and operated which seems to lead them to truly care about their tenants. Sadly, I’m moving out of Sacramento otherwise I would have stayed in that apartment forever!!
